Hi,

I'm 36 + 2 weeks pregnant and I've been getting this browny coloured discharge today (it's usually white) I've put a panty liner on to keep an eye on it. I also went out to browse the shops with a friend today and whilst walking around I was having quite uncomfortable period achy cramps. They were continuous though, not coming and going like contractions. When I sat down for lunch and a drink the pain eased off and also now I'm home the pain has eased.

Should I be concerned about any of this, especially as I'm not yet 'full term' or is this all normal for a lady approaching her due date?

Thanks in advance!

Looks like your plug to me! It can start coming away weeks before you go into labour so don’t panic!
