TMI blood after BM, 10 weeks pregnant :(

I am 10 weeks pregnant and have had no spotting or bleeding until now.
I have been a little constipated lately and around 20 mins ago I had a bowel movement that took a bit of effort.

A few minutes afterwards I felt what I thought was CM but was actually bright red blood with small soft clots. The blood was dripping into the toilet and I will need a pad.

I am now panicking, I am in the middle of nowhere on vacation with DP. And in a place that doesn't speak english :(

I have no cramping and would just like any advice or suggestions on what to do next, please

Do you have a phone number for your midwife? I know it will cost a bomb calling back to England but she should be able to advise? :(

I've just passed what felt like a big clot, bleeding is quite heavy. But still no cramping or pain. I assume this must be a miscarriage

stephisaur my firat midwife appointment was booked for next week so not got a midwife at the moment

Please don't lose hope. I had similar at 8 weeks and it wasn't a miscarriage. I had a scan and no sign of where bleed came from. It could be from your cervix.
I'm 39 weeks pregnant now.

When do you go home?

Still not had any pain and the bleeding has slowed down but the large clot earlier makes me think this must be a miscarriage
