Can't stop eating

32 weeks pregnant, had my midwife appointment yesterday and everything was great, baby measuring on the smaller side but all fine!

However..... if you put 12 cheeseburgers in front of me I think I could eat them! I am waking up at 4am starving! Lol it's ridiculous! Anyone else having the same issue??
If I could sit in the house and eat all day I probably would.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes! I am 30 weeks and just want to eat constantly. Even though I know you shouldn’t “eat for two”.

twistedpink · 25/04/2018 10:49

😂 I know @littlecabbage !!! I'm constantly telling myself you do not need that!!! Yet here so am wondering if I should walk to the shop to get something nice.... fruit doesn't have the same appeal does it!

No. I’m having to resist this morning though as I have a midwife appt at 12pm, and had glucose in urine at the last one, so really hoping for a negative. (Had gestational diabetes in my last pregnancy and don’t want the hassle of that again 😕).

I’m only 12 weeks and can’t stop woke up at 3.30 this morning and was starving had some porridge! Crazy

Charlottejade89 · 25/04/2018 14:43

I'm 26 weeks and I'm the same. Especially on days like today when my partner is working and I'm just sat at home. I had glucose in the urine as well at 24 week apt so we've only been buying healthy food now no biscuits sweets or crisps as I was abit concerned about it

KellyMichelle · 25/04/2018 16:51

im 7 weeks and have ate the house out Grin

twistedpink · 25/04/2018 16:58

I've just come back from Tesco's with a 12 packet of Krispy Kremes. Eating has become so serious in this household that my partner has had to reserve the doughnuts he's wants because he's scared I will eat them all when he's at work!😂😂

29 weeks here and I'm doing the same. I'm going to be the size of a house I'm sure. I can only hope it is a phase or my usual self control kicks in soon. I'm super short and normally a 6-8.

Spanglyprincess1 · 25/04/2018 17:13

Between 10 and 22 weeks I couldn't eat much as felt constantly sick and had bad morning sickness. Since then however I have eaten ALL THE FOOD. It's honestly an issue as I can't seem to stop.
My new plan is gentle exercise and dieting post baby!

jadeward89 · 25/04/2018 17:14

I’m almost 33 weeks and sadly completely the opposite, though that is down to sickness 😞 don’t get me wrong I want everything I see but I can’t stomach anything (except pizza). Baby/bump is measuring quite a bit ahead though, mw not concerned though

lozengeoflove · 25/04/2018 17:27

Like kelly I'm only 7 weeks, and sadly the only way to stop myself from vomiting is to eat.

I put on 5 stone with my first. This pregnancy might even beat that massive record.. Sad HmmAngry

twistedpink · 26/04/2018 09:47

I feel for you ladies with sickness :( I was very lucky to have no sickness but really wouldn't have coped if I did. Up to 20 weeks I was so ill with constant tonsillitis, so I can only think my body is making up for the lack of eating I did! I'm under my
Pre pregnancy weight however I know after the next 6 weeks I can add at least a stone to that! Considered a fruit salad for breakfast today.... sadly a doughnut accidentally fell in my mouth.... 😢🤤
