Braxton hicks?

I am at work (a petrol station) and I am 23 weeks pregnant. I have pains around my bump from the top to the bottom of it and feel a bit sick I also have a headache is it braxton hicks? I've had a stressful day aswell.

You might just be a bit run down or feeling abit shit today.

Are the pains coming and going in different strengths and at different time gaps between? If they are could be Braxton hicks xx

It's pretty constant but it gets a bit stronger then fades away again she is moving quite a bit aswell feels a bit like period pain xxx

It might be she is moving alot causing some pains however if it's constant and getting stronger then fades and comes back stronger again quickly id just give your midwife a quick call. I know some Braxton hicks can hurt mine did but they shouldn't be regular and progressively stronger x
