I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but am feeling a completely overwhelming sense of exhaustion (that I don't remember feeling in my first pregnancy)... I have a really physical job that involves a lot of moving things around (though nothing too heavy) and lots of jumping around and having to be jolly! I do the job completely on my own and there is nobody to cover me. I'm so anxious about how I'm going to cope with it- a lot of people have paid for the service I provide so if I have to cancel they will all need a refund and I won't have an income. Does anyone have any tips on how to gain some energy to get me through the 4 hours of work each day? I have a toddler and a partner who works away during the week so sleeping when not working isn't really an option (I also don't have any family nearby to help me).
