Coping with exhaustion while having to do a really physical job

I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but am feeling a completely overwhelming sense of exhaustion (that I don't remember feeling in my first pregnancy)... I have a really physical job that involves a lot of moving things around (though nothing too heavy) and lots of jumping around and having to be jolly! I do the job completely on my own and there is nobody to cover me. I'm so anxious about how I'm going to cope with it- a lot of people have paid for the service I provide so if I have to cancel they will all need a refund and I won't have an income. Does anyone have any tips on how to gain some energy to get me through the 4 hours of work each day? I have a toddler and a partner who works away during the week so sleeping when not working isn't really an option (I also don't have any family nearby to help me). Sorry for the long post and thank you in advance!

I sympathise because I was absolutely exhausted for the first 10 weeks. Luckily I don't have a physical job or a toddler to deal with! Although I am self-employed so had to keep on top of my workload no matter what.

I guess making more use of static ways to entertain your toddler (e.g. TV/iPad) where possible so that all the energy is reserved for your job might help. Make sure you get as much sleep as possible when your toddler is sleeping, and try to eat healthy, high-energy foods.

Curious as to what you do, my brain has decided you're a magician's assistant lol.

Thank you for your reply TinyTerror1! I have survived a couple of days at work now... just hoping sickness doesn't set in to make it even worse! (I run classes for babies and toddlers that involve a lot of signing, dancing, props etc.)
