Back pain

Hi, FTM here and I'm 19 weeks, since last night I've had chronic back pain, I've had back pain since week 4 but this is more around my kidney area rather than in my lower back where it has been, I've not been going for a wee as often in the past 24 hours but when I have been there has been no pain/discomfort but it has been quite dark, I don't normally suffer from UTI's so I'm not sure if it's a UTI or more like a kidney infection? Am I best of waiting till morning and ringing GP or do I ring 111? Sorry for the long post I just don't know what to do

@Sophwalms just been seen now, treating me for kidney infection with some oral antibiotics and if no improvement by Wednesday I have to ring midwife

I'm so glad you went! I had a uti a few weeks ago and they treated me with antibiotics and was fine after Hope it clears up xx
