Signs of a bladder infection?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I am 19 weeks pregnant and think I might have a bladder infection. I need to wee All.The.Time. I can see 3 times in 10 minutes and am lucky if I can go an hour without. The baby feels very low so thought it was just sat on my bladder but I am starting to think it might be an infection! Doesn't hurt when I wee but does after sex. I thought this might be thrush but got a pessary from doctor and used 4 days ago but doesn't seem any better. This is my 3rd pregnancy and never had such bad problem until right at the end with my 2nd.

Ps forgot to ask, should I ring midwife or doctor if I need more info? Thanks

If your wee is cloudy it's a definite infection, ring the doctors in the morning and they will ask for a urine sample. Hope all is ok xx

Thank you sophwhalms. I will check next time I go - I think it has been darker than usual but not sure. Might call up anyway and give them a sample just to rule it out! Grr one thing after another!!

I had an uti a few weeks ago and they gave me antibiotics which cleared it, the antibiotics were safe during pregnancy. So I would ring as soon as they open. I know pregnancy is not a breeze is it xx
