39 weeks and trapped wind?

Ouch!

39+3 today and have what I think is trapped wind, came on out of nowhere this morning. Sharp pain down my right hand side, eases off if I lay on my left and take some baby pressure off but then comes back when I'm upright.

Any tips?! I feel like my insides are just too full for it to move

I could have written this myself 39+3 today and for the last week the trapped wind has been horrific! Try wiggling around on all 4's drop down to your elbows so your bum is in the air and rock your hips, I've found it's shifts the baby enough to let some of it pass
