I'm 37+4 days today with my first baby, my midwife had told me baby's head is engaged at 35wks..I've been having bad back aches for the last week and terrible nausea for a few hours now, I think I have been feeling tightenings but am not 100% as they were bearable and I was able to carry on with what I was doing. Does this sound like the start of labour? My midwife had told me she thinks that I'll go early..but as this is my first baby I don't have a clue what's what lol! Thanks everyone
