Dealing with nightmares

I'm probably being dramatic but I had a very realistic nightmare last night about (potentially) losing my baby. I'm 21 weeks and have heard this is a symptom but it really knocked me back today, especially as it was so realistic. Woke up in tears and convinced something is wrong (even though I can feel movement). Anyone else struggling with this? Any tips for dealing with it?

Wake your DH up and cry, then try to move on.

They're awful. I've had several especially when I was in the midst of subchorionic bleeding.

Our brains are mean to us.

Sorry to hear you've been through the same @ClareB83 - I agree, our brains are mean! DP woke me up and gave me a cuddle thankfully as I must have been moving about. Hoping it doesn't happen too often.
