Has anyone had this? Had my 12 week scan today, and they found a large fibroid measuring approximately 90mm keeping my baby company (at least this will explain my extremely heavy periods).
The sonographer said it’s unlikely to cause much problems but it could cause me some discomfort as I get bigger. He’s hopeful it will stretch with the womb.
I’ve googled fibroids and apparently there is a higher risk of a breech baby with fibroids. I’m now paranoid I’m going to have a horrendous birth and my baby is going to get squished.
