Any sonographers about? Accuracy of date scans

Hi

I am having an early scan tomorrow as I need to establish date of conception due to a traumatic experience (have another thread posted yesterday if anyone wants the back story).

Could a sonographer say without any doubt whether a pregnancy was conceived in mid February or 3rd week in March?

Not a sonographer and I haven't read your other thread, however I think there should be quite a obvious difference between a 1 month or 2 month old pregnancy.
My dates were amended by only 1 week at 12 weeks, which my sonographer picked up immediately.

If it was a matter of a few days it would be tricky but weeks will be obvious. Not a sonographer but am a midwife and know dating scans to be pretty accurate.

Thank you both. That is reassuring as there would be a full 4 or 5 weeks between possible conception dates so sounds like they would be able to tell gor definite
