Aromatherapy roll on?

Hi all. I’m 8.5 weeks pregnant and suffering badly with nausea which I have been started on stemetil for. Luckily I haven’t actually been sick, but the nausea has been so bad some days it’s consumed me!
Everything smells! I am wanting to try and find one of those little aromatherapy roll ons that relax you when you apply to your pulse points. Two questions - does anyone know where sells them? I’m hopefully going back to work In the next few weeks (hospital) so having something nice to smell would help! Also I need to be sure the oils are safe for pregnancy.

I know Neals Yard and This Works both make them as I have had both. I wasn't pregnant though, so can't answer that part. Hope you feel better soon. Congrats!

A lovely friend of mine sees a private aromatherapist and got me a pregnancy one made up - I don't know how it works privately but it may be worth a google

Couple of drops of spearmint oil on a paper fan did wonders for me.

Anything pre mixed will loose effect quickly and may contain poor quality oils.

Just buy some spearmint oil essential oil.
