Can't discus it with anyone as I am so embarrassed, but basically every time I sneeze I'm having a very small leak down below... I'm 8.5weeks pregnant with second child & never experienced this in my first pregnancy... so it's TMI

Anyone have any advice?

Pelvic floor exercises. Start doing them now!
You don't have to be embarrassed. Sadly, it's a very common side effect of pregnancy and giving birth that nobody seems to tell you about!

Agree with above.
There is an app you can download that was made with the NHS to help with them.
Also information on NHS website:

It is likely to get worse as your pregnancy progresses.
As a positive, since giving birth I have had no issues whatsoever :)
