Past due date and fed up!!

I was due on the 12th so currently 40+4 and seriously fed up :(

I have a 3 year old already and after being induced with him I was hoping this time things would happen naturally. After being constantly up and about the last few weeks I've called it quits - I'm exhausted. I have a s+s on Friday but am assuming that won't work and I'll probably be induced some time next week :(

Any other ladies out there in the same boat- I want my lovely baby here already!! And I don't want to be induced 🙁

Hello, yes - v much in the same boat - see the thread below! My EDD by scan was 8 April, which would make me 41+1 today, but I know for sure the earliest my EDD can be is 12 April, so think I'm actually 40+4 today like you OP. I have a sweep on weds (attempted one last weds but failed as my bishop score was 1!). They wanted to book me for an induction but I said no. Waiting to find out what my bishop score is this week before making a decision on induction later in the week. It's my first baby and have been low risk so far, also really want to avoid an induction if I can but getting impatient to meet the baby and sick of the constant hassling from family!

Hey there yup I'm in the exact same boat! 41+2, tried to have a sweep on Friday with no luck! Cervix shut for business unfortunately! Got another one booked in for tomorrow so hoping it stirs something up! Ive tried EVERYTHING to get this baby out but he just seems far too comfy! 9 days overcooked now and my induction is booked for Thursday 😣 zilch signs of labour so far....not even a twinge!

Due date was the 10th! Back to midwife on Thursday for sweep and discussion of induction. Really hope I go into labour naturally. I was 6 days over with my first so I'm trying to stay hopeful!
