Hey guys,

So honestly I'm really confused, usually cycles are 29-31days. My last 2 cycles have lengthened to 44 days, not sure why. Currently on 45 days, I think I have a faint positive on clear blue I also did FRER I see a little something but it's extremely hard to see.

Any ideas? Faint positive or evap. Only ever been pregnant once 6 years ago ended in early mc. Been trying ever since. 29 years old, no children.

I do have 2 more tests one frer and another clear lie, going to try to wait another 48 hours but I hate being in Limbo. I guess I need to vent somewhere body once again is acting up and working against me as usual

Just popped into the chemist they don’t have any FRER in there had to get another clearblue and a cheap own brand pink dye. Going to test now.

@roseannety and @lucy142 I see lines on both congrats to you and sending sticky baby dust your way ❤️❤️❤️

Fingers, toes and everything crossed for both of you. I was beginning to think I wasn't able to get pregnant, this groups great, it makes u realise there's so many people out there in the same boat as u. Xxx

JessieMcJessie · 19/04/2018 10:56

OP I have been where you are. My husband had to tell me that my obsession with testing and trying to see lines was getting out of hand. All I can tell you is that when I finally finally became pregnant (after IVF) the lines were clear and unmistakeable. I hope you are lucky soon but think that now is probably not the month.

ReeRee6108 · 19/04/2018 11:31

@jessiemcjessie I agree with you I’m at the point where I feel like a psycho, I’m preying for lines and really wanting to see lines that aren’t there.

The pink dye test was negative. Again faint line on clearblue no stronger then the previous ones. I think they are evaps and I don’t think I’m going to test anymore. It’s just all a bit too heartbreaking.

Don’t lose hope ReeRee. You’re young and I know loads of people who have told me it took well over a year to conceive their first. Every month seems like an eternity when you are trying though.

ReeRee6108 · 19/04/2018 14:17

@jessiemcjessie it’s just hard to stay positive it’s been 6 years of trying now. At least it’s a beautiful day outside ☀️

Did you take todays tests?

Have you been to your gp as you have been trying a while?if you joing the ttc after mc thread theres lots of helpful advice over there.

JessieMcJessie · 19/04/2018 15:14

Sorry ReeRee I should have read your post more closely and seen that it was 6 years you’d been trying. Have both of you had tests?

ReeRee6108 · 19/04/2018 15:44

@jessiemcjessie that’s ok. My partner is fine he has 2 children from a previous relationship, has been tested again recently and he’s all good. When it comes to me I have a backwards uterus, uterine fibroids and I have get cysts on my ovaries (I do not have the hormonal side effects of pcos) all my levels are normal, I ovulate on my own, previously 31-34day cycles up until this year. I’ve had 2 periods this year, dr has suggested new hormone tests in case something has changed but I’m waiting for day one to get these taken. Currently cd49 😔

@dboo took the tests again similar faint on clearblue not any darker. Chemist didn’t have a frer so got a cheap pink dye test which was definately negative.

DBoo · 19/04/2018 15:57

Yes i think if it wad a positive it would certainly be darker by now im afraid.
