Hi ladies, anyone with biconar uterus? Baby was head down up until 35 weeks and gone breech afterwards, now 37 weeks, nothing helps to turn him round although bum is not engaged in pelvis. Anyone had similar experiences?

Hi I have a bicornuate uterus and my baby was breech although was born a lot earlier. As far as I’m aware you’re not supposed to attempt to turn a baby in a bicornuate uterus. Space is more restricted so a c section may be needed. Good luck

Mine was breech the whole time, went head down at 36 weeks and back to breech at 37. ECV was contraindicated due to likely bicornuate uterus, so was booked for section but she turned at 39 weeks and is still head down at 40+5.
Try spinning babies website, and lots of stuff on all fours etc

Yes ECV is definitely off the cards. He was head down on all the scans including 34,5 weeks, and suddenly on 37 weeks the scan showed head up..
