Hello,

I'm 13 weeks 3 days pregnant and I keep getting pains down the side of my stomach and in my ribs and at the bottom off my abdomen.

Has anyone ever had this before?? It's quite uncomfortable 😣

Op This I what I have had. I posted it somewhere else but no response, so I would also be interested. Is it Round ligament pain. Mine happens after I have been up and about for a while.

It could just be your ligaments and body stretching and your organs moving up to accommodate bump. Your stomach will also be getting squished, so could be a touch of discomfort after eating.

I find I'm getting this too, I'm 11 weeks with dc2.

I'm 24 weeks now but remember having those pains... asked midwife and she said totally normally as long as no bleeding. I have to say it was a lot more uncomfortable than I thought it would be! Sometimes felt like a stabbing pain?! Might sound stupid but a hot water bottle really helped me :-)

Sounds like round ligament pain to me. I used to get it a lot in the second trimester- usually when I went from sitting/laying down to standing up. It was a fairly intense sharp pain around the sides of my uterus. Totally normal, I was told!

I've had it constantly there all night and still this morning?? Anyone had this?

Op have you called your midwife or GP to seek some advice? If you have constant pain all day and night then I would advise you do.

Yeah they said nothing to worry about, the pains have gone now anyway :)
