Baby/bump position

Just wondering if it's usual for babies to favour a certain position?

I'm 24 weeks and mine always seems to settle to the right side of my bump. I can feel her like a firm ball in the right side. Obviously she does move and roll and I do sometimes feel movement to the left but it's almost always most of her body to the right. You can see the bulge from the outside quite often. Is it just extra comfy that side?

Dunno but mines exactly the same. Tucked into my right side

Mines the opposite so left side and he refuses to move sometimes so of course you stress lol

23 weeks today but sheesh 2nd time round is more stressful!

My first did exactly the same, tucked himself up in my rib cage on the right at 24 weeks and stayed there until 28 weeks when he grew enough to crack a rib (doctor said this is VERY uncommon though, and the fact that I’m tiny was a contributor, so please don’t take any notice 😂). After he did that he decided to move around ALL THE TIME until he was born!

Mine did this. Up until last week at 31 weeks she always had her head over my left hip and feet up just below my right ribs. Last Sunday I could see and feel her moving round loads, then when I saw the midwife on Thursday she had shifted to where her head is almost engaged.

Yep, mine did.
He was a very active and wriggly baby, but was usually over to my left side when resting or gently fidgeting.
I had a wonky bump Grin
