Has anyone experienced low back pain in pregnancy and what has helped you?
I am only 17w but my lower back is really achy already!! . (I think my previous pregnancies have left it really weak).
Other than trying to control my weight I'd love to know what helped you...Pilates? A serola belt?
Thank you ....

I have a terrible back anyway from my job so being pregnant has been extremely painful for me.
The best thing for me was yoga / stretches - although best if done daily rather than just a weekly class though. Theres quite a few videos on YouTube.
Hot water bottle and regular massages.

I saw a very good chiropractor who really helped me

I find the heat patches helpful and take paracetamol as I need it. Staying gently active is better for me than sitting/lying all day (I found out when I was ill!).
