Growth scan showing huge tummy at 28 weeks

I had a growth scan yesterday as my first dc was small when born.
Scan showed healthy little bubs, but I'm concerned about tummy measurement.
Head and femur are on the 35th centile, tummy was 97th!!!
Sonographer said it's nothing to worry about but I'm panicking about gestational diabetes.
I'm ringing the midwife on Monday but just wondered if anyone else had such huge tummy measurements and they didn't have gd?

I did first time round with DS. Head/femur were around 40th but tummy was 98th... I panicked myself silly about GD but apparently its more common for them just to have had a huge drink of amniotic fluid and not to have wee'd it out yet!
Speak to your midwife as she will probably dip your urine just to make sure!

Why panic over GD? I have it and I didn’t even fit a category that would make me be tested for it and I’m fine and so is my baby...
