Help! :/ intense pain when I stood up, 35 weeks

I was just on the floor cleaning up something and when I stood up I got the most intense lightning pain in my cervix (much worse than usual fanny daggers/lightning crotch). It actually made me scream out 'ouch!'. Is this normal or should I be worried? :S

I'm almost 35 weeks!

I should imagine you were at a funny angle and things are quite stretched!

Did it go quickly?

Stop cleaning and have a lie down

@GreenTulips yes the pain went away but it's really shocked me. I'll go have a lie down and keep an eye on anything strange :/
I guess everything is very stretched down there!

I'm nearly 37 weeks and the 'fanny daggers' have really ramped up for me lately, they are so painful they make me shout out too! Everything is normal for me, had check ups and scans, and I think it has coincided with the head engaging, basically being head butted in the cervix Confused is your baby's head engaged do you know?

@Jestem my midwife said baby is getting engaged at my last appointment yes! I guess now that there is a big old head there I need to get up and move a little more carefully!
