Breech baby- turning tips anyone?

Hi everyone😊
Im 34+2 and was told at my last apt that my baby is breech. My next apt is in 10 days where they will discuss my options if she has not turned by then.
I really want a vbac, so am praying she turns.
If they offer to try and turn her im going to refuse as i have heard nothing but horror stories.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on encouraging her to turn herself?

I was just about to come and suggest spinning babies as well. Some very helpful advice on there.

Hi OP I have had two breech babies in the womb, both successfully turned via ECV at around 36-37 weeks. Nothing else worked prior to this. It is very likely that your baby will turn, 34 weeks is still early. I also used spinning babies maternal positioning to maintain the cephalic position.

Last week I also got my VBAC it is possible!

Yorkie this gives me great hope, thank you!! Thats fab that you got your vbac, well done, hope you and baby are keeping well
I had an awful post emcs experience with my first and a fantastic vbac experience with my second, so i am keeping my fingers crossed this little lady turns for me.

I crawled around like a commando with bum in the air and think that worked. I had 3 weeks to go. Good luck
