Sleeping tablets - 6 weeks pregnant

I've suffered from sleep issues for about a year, which have been exacerbated recently by a flare up of my heart arrhythmia. I'm not getting a lot of sleep at all, maybe two hours a night. This is affecting my mood and putting strain on my family. I've had zopiclone before, very short term for a week and it stabilised my insomnia somewhat. I'm 6 weeks and contemplating getting another short supply but reticent as pregnant.. conversely however my mood/stress levels/lack of sleep can't be any good for the baby either. I've researched and I can't find anything about negative effects of zopiclone on pregnancy short-term and before 12 weeks; however I know it wouldn't be highly recommended. I'm just at my wits end and don't know what to do. Confused

Could you ask a pharmacist?

I've had buccastem over the counter and Phenergan early in this pregnancy. Both antihistamines a doctor would prescribe for nausea. One of the side effects is drowsiness. The buccastem was a bit unpleasant to take but didn't leave me feeling drugged the way Phenergan did.
