Yellow/amber/white - is this normal I remember googling saying this is normal but if you experience odd strong odours to get checked

White thick (nipples) - random but I used have both nipples pierced I removed them due to partner disliking them when we met so I removed them. Since removing them during pregnancy I've noticed thick white discharge at least I think it is

And that's it other than an increase in discharge

I had an increase in discharge throughout my pregnancy. More so in the beginning and at the end. Always odourless so I didn't worry and just wore a pantyliner. How many weeks are you? Could the substance coming from your nipples be colostrum?

Colostrum is the pre milk that comes in before breast milk. 13 weeks is very early for it to be that. If you are worried I would mention it to your midwife at your next appointment.
