Should I be concerned?

I'm not too familiar with the pregnancy lingo just yet but I'm assuming you mean 5 months 4 days?
Yes round ligament pain is very normal. I was worried about this too but they went after a good few days, do you find it painful going up stairs and such? Also whereabouts are the cramps x

Yes I’ve had on and off cramps and twinges since my bfp at 3+3. I’m now 9+5 and still having them. When I mentioned it to midwife she just said it’s everything stretching.

Thank you. No 5 weeks and 4 days. They are lower down and feel like a stitch sometimes and other times like waves. Also had mild pain on my right side in my pelvis

OP, I have exactly the same issue as you with cramping. Was asked to come in for an early scan. They could see gestational sac and yolk but no foetal pole or heart beat. Was reassured this is fine and will now need to be rescanned in two weeks' time.
Wish you lots of good luck. I know how scary the cramping feels Flowers

PS should say I'm 5+3.

I had exactly the same, they eased off at about 7/8 weeks and have now come back at 9+6. All normal! I had a scan yesterday due to bleeding and all is fine.

Yes thank you! I have a scan next week at 6 + 4 so hopefully they will see all is well. The cramps have been alot worse this afternoon, particularly in one side which is why they gave me an early scan

Did anyone else have the pain on one side?

Yeah I had a really intense pain in my pelvic area and it lasted a good few days, I figured out on my own that it was round ligament pain however if you're extremely worried I'd recommend an appt.
