Tonsillitis, morning sickness, throwing up antibiotics

I feel absolutely retched. I have had pretty bad morning sickness for a week or so (am 7.5 weeks pg) but not actually been sick.
At the beginning of the week find I have tonsillitis so prescribed antibiotics.

I’m struggling to eat because of the pain, which I know is not helping the nausea, but since I’ve been on the antibiotics the sickness has gone into overdrive. I’ve thrown up my last 2 doses.

My questions are - each time it was about half an hour after the dose - any chance they would have already been absorbed and started to do their thing by then?

Do I need to go back to the doctor to get a different type of antibiotic?

Is there anything I can do to stop this hideousness?

You should tell your Dr, you might be able to get a phone appointment. They will be able to advise if you need a change of meds. You don't want the tonsillitis getting worse unnecessarily. As you've said all of these things are playing on each other, poor you.
Hope this helps (am a Paramedic)

Thank you.
I’ll try giving them a call this morning.
