Back pain sign of losing baby??

I'm 10 weeks today and having on off sore pain in my left hand side lower back right near my hip I've had sciatic pain and this is different I can it be a sign of losing my baby? I had a scan 2 days ago and everything was fine

Unless the pain is unbearable then no, in all likelihood all will be ok.

It could be some hormonal pelvic issues eg spd - I had terrible pains around that time due to hormones, extra weight, fat and muscle, core changing etc. Joints in the pelvis can start to become a bit looser and have all sorts of knock on effects. If it doesn't settle in a few days perhaps speak to mw / gp. Pregnancy Pilates might be helpful or a hip support band.
