Could just be implantation pain, but if it is localised on one side or you have shoulder tip pain it could be possible ectopic so if you get these kind of symptoms please go get checked out

No shoulder pain , just cramping , which I’m guessing is normal , but the bending thing usually happens when I have a bump to squash u know?

Hopefully just bloating and water retention Smile - third pregnancies do that!

I'm almost 6 weeks with my third - also had bad cramping. Remember cramping with my 1st a bit but not my 2nd. Been quite painful at times but no bleeding.

I had cramping early on too, all perfectly normal. It's your ligaments starting to soften and your body beginning to get ready for the pregnancy.
I wouldn't be worrying about ectopic at 4 weeks, it's way too early for symptoms of an ectopic xx

I doubt it's a twin thing. I didn't have trouble bending til much later.
