After some opinions please. Dd is 26 + 1, she is suffering at the moment with issues due to her ligaments. She's only a slight wee thing and is undergoing physio. At the moment she's feeling uncomfortable around the ligament area that comes and gos. Has anyone had any experience of this please?

Yes I had it. Physio didn't really work for me...only giving birth solved it! She just needs to take it easy

Thank you mintich. I'm guessing it's only going to get worse for her.

As PP said, giving birth solves it. Sorry she’s feeling like this, but its perfectly normal. I suggest she doesn’t spend too long stood up and is careful what she does when she is on her feet. As it progresses she will realise things like pushing a trolly in a supermarket actually has major strain on the pelvis... stuff we just never noticed before. Even pushing something away with your foot, or putting on pants. So I suggest in the early stages she becomes aware of what not to do in regards to her pelvis so later on isn’t as bad.

Good luck!

Thank you Franticall, I've copied what you wrote and have sent it to her. I think she maybe doing too much.

I'm 30 weeks and have had this for a while now. A big trigger for me is walking. If I walk slowly it seems manageable but if I have to hurry it starts it off so badly it has me nearly in tears.
