Don't know why I'm posting really 😬 After two years of fertility treatment I finally fell pregnant last year with our first child. Tragically we lost her at 26 weeks after bad news at the 20 week anomaly scan. It was hell having to give birth to her, even the midwife cried.
Anyway by some miracle I fell pregnant naturally 6 weeks later, and tomorrow is the 20 week scan. The full post mortem results are still not back, and I'm just convinced the same thing will happen again.
She's wriggling away and I just feel heartbroken that I might lose her as well

I have no experience in fertility treatment, nor have I had such a devastating loss but I couldn't read and run.

I know nothing I type will change the outcome but I will be hoping for the absolute best for you!

Sending all the healthy vibes and wishes!! Thanks

I understand why you're posting, you have no control and whilst pregnancy is terrifying in general, it's even worse when you've had a loss like that. You also need the support! I am 25 weeks pregnant after losing my son at 24 weeks last year, getting to the same point was so nerve wracking. This little baby wriggles away and I know they're fine in there but I worry on the quiet days and I worried about the 20 week scan. Hopefully, the tragedy surrounding your little girl will have been a one off and this baby will be absolutely fine. Stay as positive as you can, try and remind yourself that you cannot do anything more than you already are and remember you're not alone Thanks

Thanks both
