I'm only 31 weeks atm but I wondered if anything helped any of you begin your labour so that I can think about starting things when it's time 😊

Apparently reflexology, couple of friends have had it done when they've been full term & either later that day or the following day their waters have gone.
Something I'm thinking about trying when im due.

Nipple Stimulating, ether by hand or with a hand pump worked for me I think!
I also tried long walks, scrubbing the floor, hoovering the stairs, bouncing on a gym ball too!

I read about that too @Tinks15 definitely worth a try!

You were a very busy woman just before birth @4mogirl !!

I was indeed!! Well I was 9 days overdue and really would have preferred not to have been induced.
All those things I did on the day I went into labour!!!
Was due to be induced 2 days later, it worked!!Grin

Evening primrose oil is meant to soften cervix, I started taking it at 36 weeks. Hand expressing, walking, sex all meant to get things going. Also new research about eating 6 dates daily from 36 weeks

Being active is definitely key then @4mogirl

Thanks @Dreamingofkfc , worth a shot!!
