moses basket mattress

hi there,
after some advice please, we have just been gifted a moses basket, and will buy a new mattress for this, but need to do this quickly as I a 40 weeks already - my question is how much do they differ and are there different sizes? We don't know the make so I cant search for that! Planning to use amazon prime most likely!

I don’t know how much they differ but when we went to mamas and papas they ask us if the basket was soft or hard - I think the mattresses differ depending on which you have. But the mattresses for your particular one won’t come in different sizes, they’re standard. So we have a soft Moses basket and they do a standard size mattress for that which cost £19. Maybe best to go into a shop and ask? xx

I think they do different size mattresses. Do you have the original mattress in it at the moment that you could get the size off? It should have a label of make and size. I bought a second hand Moses basket and needed a new mattress, so luckily the size was on the mattress before. Hope you get it sorted! X

thanks!! it didn't come with the old mattress unfortunatly! but I have measured and I think got it right! So will do some checking!
