announcing pregnancy?

Hello - I've had my 12 week scan and I want to tell my Grandma I'm pregnant in a unique way, do you think a keyring like this one is a good idea? i thought it would be cute and i like that i can have a message on the back for her or is it too much?

It depends op, you know her best. My grandma wouldn’t even look at the pram I bought ahead of time - she was very ‘old school’.
If your grandma isn’t superstitious then she might like it. But I don’t love scan photos either so I’m not a fan of that particular gift.

thanks @nottakenusername i didn't think about her perhaps being a big old school...
May just get one for Hubby & think of something else for Grandma as I really like them!
