Sorry about the weird picture, just using it for reference. I'm getting a pain/pressure here on and off. I'm around 13 weeks, give or take.

What could it be?

I'm 15weeks and getting the same thing. I think its just our bodies growing and stretching while the baby grows. I'm not worried about it even though it was a little bit painful/uncomfortable today.

If your really worried talk to your midwife but as long as there's no bleeding I think it's fine.

Round ligament pain. Everything is growing and stretching. At 13 weeks your uterus is probably just above the level of your pubic bone so all the growing and stretching is likely to be concentrated quite low down.

Yep, perfectly normal - everything is growing and stretching! I had similar at around the same stage and mentioned it to my doctor who was totally unconcerned.

Love the picture to illustrate! I have this too. It's not really a pain but more twinges and pulls - sometimes a little painful. I think it's just stretching and growing.
