Crampy, period pains and tightenings 18+weeks

Anyone had similar?
I did mention it to mw and she said its a bit early for bh.

Im planning on getting to the hosp once dh is home.

Ive been getting tightenings and this pain for a few days now

I had very bad BH with DD1 at around 19 weeks. I was in hospital at the time with hyperemesis, and they blamed the dehydration. Are you dehydrated?

My lips are dry but dry because of a cold ive had. Im drinking plenty and not being sick (had hg this time round but is well controlled) my urine isn't dark and im weeing enough.

Its been every day on and off for a few days now. Been getting the tightenings all morning. Not actually timed them though.

The only time ive had something similiar was with youngest. Turned out i had kidney infection which hadn't been picked up and went into prem Labour (thankfully managed to get to term as it stopped) ended up in delivery room 2x with him at 33weeks
