My partner and I were kissing and cuddling yesterday and it led to more...he did oral on me and I had an orgasm. About an hour and a half later, I went to the toilet and after a wee saw some red/pink blood on the tissue, mixed in with CM. There was a tiny red clot, about the size of a grain of rice. We have our first scan next week and I'm already majorly nervous about it.
FYI, earlier in the pregnancy, I had spotting/bleeding after orgasm again, called my GP and was told this wasn't anything to be concerned about and wouldn't get me in for an early scan 
mentioned at midwife booking in appointment too but said "after sex" and she said it was completely normal.
I'm worried I've given myself a miscarriage.
