23 weeks and in pain

23 weeks atm, back has been aching all day and now have stomach pains right at the bottom of my stomach. I cannot get comfortable.
Is this normal??
When should I contact a GP/midwife/who should I contact?
How much discomfort/ mild pain should there be?
