Light spotting pink 12weeks - pic attached

Can someone please tell me if this looks normal? Going to try get to the hospital to be checked over.

I wouldn't worry but it'll put your mind at rest getting it checked out.

There's every chance it's fine. Could be that your cervix has been irritated somehow?

I had that with all my kids. In fact with some o had bright red spots. All fine.

Yeah early this week, all was fine just got scanned and everything is fine
