So I have been having cramps and reduced movement sent me up for a ultrasound, baby measuring fine, however they decided to test for early labour which came back positive! I'm only 27 weeks exactly! I'm now on a drip of medication and steroid injections, they keep checking my cervix but it seems fine, but I'm still cramping, am on morphine now as it's not getting any better, they have no idea what is causing it, any one been though this? I don't wish to be in pain for the next 13 weeks

Mum of a 26 weeker. You won’t be in pain for 13 weeks. Once they take you off the drip etc when you are steroid mature either you will go into full blown labour or it will settle down.

Hi. I’m currently going through similar (but I’m 33 weeks). My pain has stopped now. They don’t know why but I’m currently ill (again) plus I’m moving home and constantly doing things and hardly sit down so they said none of this helps.
I went into early labour with my youngest child too but that stopped on it’s own (they thought that was brought on by flu) and that stopped and he ended up being overdue!

Hope you’re okay Flowers
