Pregnancy lips and lip filler

Hey ladies.

My lips are so pouty, I look like I've just had them done. My husband has started to take the piss 🤣
I don't mean allergic reaction type swelling just very full and pouty.
My clients are coming in asking if I've had my lips done again - i last had them done in November.

I thought maybe it was some sort of reaction with the filler and pregnancy hormones (am 16 weeks)
So I googled it and 'pregnancy lips' is a thing.

Anyone else had anything like this?

Don't get my wrong, they look nice but they can't continue to grow! 👄

Never heard of this, but apparently this is another "perk" of pregnancy (along with glossy hair, glowing skin and bigger boobs) that passed me by!

Have you seen Kim and Khloe Kardashian"s lips when pregnant? It's just a bit of swelling/water retention but probably exaggerated when lips have already been filled.

My friend had this! She’s had her lips done and when pregnant she pouted out like crazy, at the end her lips were massive! Lol. It wasn’t unsightly though, just more than she would have had done and very obvious... it made us laugh but wasn’t point-and-laugh-in-the-street funny if you didn’t know her or anything.

Enjoy the free lips!

@Foggymist
I bet that's what it is, normal fluid retention but with the filler I have looks more x

@dinosaurkisses I've been lucky with good skin, prob the best I've had as an adult, my boobs hBent changed much and I hope they don't as I've already got 450cc in them x

I am a normal looking person really, I promise x

@FranticallyPeaceful ah same as me then, if only this pregnancy could reinstate my botox I'd be laughing!

Yup, they'll swell too Grin

I have naturally very full lips which are always more swollen in the morning when not pregnant. Pregnant they are swollen all the time!
