I’ve been trying to sleep on my left side for the last couple of months after always sleeping on my back. I’m finding it really difficult to get to sleep, or when I do get to sleep I then wake up on my back and feel really guilty! I’ve been using a dreamgenii pillow and also a second pillow behind my back to try and stop me rolling over but so far i’m not having much luck. Does anyone have any other ideas I could try? Or any advice to help me feel less guilty?
