Ok so I know bh are common now. But the pain is intense at times. Been on and off since 6pm yesterday, getting worse and more "frequent" now. Not entirely worried as of yet... but what can I do to relieve the pain?
It's mostly in my back (had b2b labour with ds1 - pains similar to start of his labour), sweeping around to front. Nothing is easing it. But they are pretty iregular (4/5 times every hour)
Advice? Can't get top off hot water bottle, gutted 😣

  • 4/5 times an hour. Lasts less than 30 seconds each time

I would definitely go in and ask them to check that you're not in premature labour x Good luck Flowers

I just don't really want to make a fuss, especially if it's just ramped up bh

I’d go and get checked
Good luck

Definitely go and get checked.

I would definitely call the hospital for some advice and get checked out if they advise it.
To answer the back pain question; could you have a soak in the bath?

In my second labour I had irregular contractions right up until I was in transition. Go and get checked.

If it is labour, 34 weekers tend to do very well. My 34 weeker didn't need special care at all.

MrsG95 · 04/04/2018 15:47

The pains are definitely stopping and starting, I don't think this is labour. Yet.

Thanks 123, ds1 was born at 36 weeks and was perfectly healthy too 😊

If the pains are stopping and starting they could be contractions.
