Pregnant??? Please help...

Hey, in need of some advice please. I'm currently very confused about what is going on with my body and wondered if anyone on here could help.

I'm on the pill (cerelle) and have been for at least 2 years, on this I don't get periods at all. I have had dark brown spotting in the past but not for the last year at least.

My problem is that I feel like I might be pregnant but the tests I have taken so far have been negative. I believe I missed one pill towards the end of Feb (which is super rare for me) and had unprotected sex on 1st and 5th March with my partner. Since then I have had symptoms which include mild nausea, headaches, faint cramping almost more like a tense feeling with a pinching sensation low down. My boobs feel bigger and my nipples are sensitive, I've even had a strange aching feeling under my boobs/ribs?! Lastly I had pink discharge for 3 days but only when I wiped after peeing, this happened around a week after I last had sex.

So my questions are... if I was pregnant would it have already shown up on a test?
I have no idea when my 'period' would be due as I don't get them!!

Could this be a phantom pregnancy or a strange reaction to missing the one pill?

I'm so confused right now and I just want to know what is happening. I can't get a Drs appointment for a couple of weeks.

Yes, if your only unprotected sex was 1st and 5th then it would show up on a test approx 2 weeks later. It’s been nearly 4 weeks and your luteal phase could not be that long.

Yes, generally a test is extremely accurate from the day of your missed period (especially if you use the first pee of the day.) But if you had conceived then you would now be around six weeks pregnant, it would definitely show up on a test.

Generally if you are pregnant enough to be experiencing symptoms then you would be pregnant enough for it to show up on a test so I think it's very unlikely although not impossible; if you remain convinced then wait a week and test again.

May sound silly but I'm actually now worried.

Coming upto 5 week ago I slept with the boy I'm 'seeing'.

The afternoon after I slept with him I bled but not a normal period... thought nothing of it as I'm on the pill Desogestrel. And still taking it.

For the past few weeks I've been dry retching and now feeling really tired.

Today I feel bloated and like period pains but a brown discharge head ache and feeling sick and still tired.

I can't be pregnant! Can I?
