Any advice on getting through it?!

Obviously won’t be going on any big rides, it’s CBeebies land so very tame. We went last year and I decided at Christmas to take the kids again for an Easter break. Obviously didn’t know I’d be pregnant then. DH will be with us.

I have a demanding job 3 days a week and a 5yo and 4yo and I’m barely managing to do anything about the house or with the kids. I’m also fighting off some sort of virus - sore throat, ears, head and achey body. I need to lie down a lot! For example this afternoon I did a belated egg hunt with the kids, played a couple of board games and a puzzle then had to put the TV on (again) because I needed to lie on the sofa for a bit. Currently trying to muster up the energy to make dinner. How the heck am I going to manage next week at the theme park?!

If the kids weren’t so excited I’d seriously consider cancelling or postponing. Any advice or tips or good ideas to get through this and hopefully enjoy it a bit? I loved it last time. Sad

Can you take someone to help? Failing that DH will have to take them round on his own some of the time.

Stay at home to rest and get your DH to take them.
