14 Weeks Pregnant - Should I give pregnacare another go?

It made me feel terrible in my first trimester but now I'm in the second maybe it won't be as bad? All my sickness etc has calmed right down. Has anyone else had to stop taking them and then started again? It's a question I wanted to ask my midwife but she's nowhere to be seen. I'm not taking any vitamins at all at the mo and worried that I should be. I stopped taking folic acid and Vit D at 12 weeks.

I had no sickness at all until I started on pregnacare, as soon as I came off them I was absolutely fine. When I passed twelve weeks I went on to Sanatogen Mum to be and was fine on them.

I think I just took vitamin D, as long as you’ve got a balanced diet you should be fine.

Thanks guys. Maybe I should try the Sanatogen Mum tablets. : )

Pregnacare also made me feel horrific so I switched to Seven Seas instead and that’s been fine! Been taking it since the beginning and still taking it now at 38+4 Smile

Vitamin D is the only one that's recommended after 12 weeks. I wouldn't bother with pregnacare, seems to make a lot of people sick.

I restarted pregncare at around 14 weeks after my sickness stopped and I have been absolutely fine on them, I am 27 weeks now. I take it after my evening meal before I go to bed.
