a question for you midwives re: LFD / big baby / breech position

have been pondering this

he is breech, and i have a suspicion he's been that way pretty consistently (have never felt kicks where i did with ds1, only ever very low down, very odd feeling)

does a breech baby present in such a way as to make you appear lfd?

also, if he is lfd, then i assume he's less likely to turn? i know that normally at 29 weeks it wouldn't even be a consideration - would have lots of time to move around, but maybe not if i'm that much bigger than normal...?
