painful episiotomy 'scar' at 30 weeks

I'm 30 weeks and for the last month the place where I had my episiotmomy (no scar to see exactly but the general area) is very painful. Walking or sitting down seems to put pressure on it and it's very achy and uncomfortable, sometimes making my whole leg hurt. Anyone else had this? I'm assuming it's just the weight of the pregnancy making the area sensative, but it's been 3.3 years since I gave birth so it's not a recent cut!Any tips for easing the ache?

REST!
I'm not pregnant but still get an achy area near the epi if I'm tired or run down and that was from 5 years ago! My mum who had one with me 30 years ago, still has achiness and says it never really settles.
It'll be the weight pushing down I guess so have a lie down when you can.
