Bloated and Windy!

I was just wondering if it's a normal pg sympton to be bloated and full of wind, even BEFORE you've eaten anything? I woke up this morning and felt like i'd been stuffing out on rice (it really bloats me) but I'd even had anything to eat!

It's been like this for two days now. Is it normal or should i do a process of elimination and see if it's something i'm eating?

i felt like this on and off. bit of live yogurt helped, but might have been psychological! i wouldn't start eliminating stuff - your body has enough to cope with!

Hmmm possibly

I wonder if one of those probiotic live thingies will help (am i allowed those?!).

HI RGP- I had this at the beginning. Was bloated constantly for ages. GAviscon really helped. Also I found that if I was in bed and turned every 5/ 10 mins its would help shift it all round!
Its most unpleasant so you have my sympathy.

digestion slows down in preg - agree with the others on live yoghurt. Perhaps you are eating more of something that causes you to react in this way.
