Hi guys,

22 weeks pregnant and I could literally sleep all day and struggle at night cos of DH snoring. He just says I'm pregnant so what just sleep and doesn't seem to understand how exhausted I am to the extent that I am crying with frustration.

On top of everything I keep having the most horrific nightmares and wake up shaking and crying...

This can't be good for my unborn son... Any one been similar with sleeping and exhaustion at this week? I'm veggie and eat well and on iron tablets on top of that.

Thank you, friendly support needed x

Can totally relate to this. I've been exhausted throughout but I do remember 22/23 being particularly hard. Not much you can do unfortunately.

Re diet, I was practically vegan before I got pg and on multivitamins, but my iron was still low so I've had to work hard at improving my iron levels. I've gone back to a meat eating diet for the duration of the pregnancy, and maybe a bit beyond too

My iron levels have been low during pregnancy and I was struggling with tiredness - my body just wasn't absorbing the iron tablets. Midwife recommended I took floradix liquid iron as well and I feel so much better so could be worth looking into? I know others use spatone as another option.

Thank you ladies, I'm there soon so will mention it. Other than that, bare through it.

More than sure it'll be worth it in the end x
